Yes — we work by appointment only, Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This ensures every customer gets our full attention and a proper diagnosis. Book online in minutes or call us at (301) 512-0797.
Most repairs and tune-ups are completed within 7–14 business days depending on the season. Spring is our busiest season — if you bring your mower in during March or April, expect up to 2 weeks. We'll call you when it's ready, and you can always check your status online.
We pick up your equipment, bring it to our shop, service it, and return it to your door — all for a flat $147 fee (up to 3 machines). We run pick-up routes primarily on Wednesdays throughout Montgomery County. Payment is required in advance. Book online and we'll confirm your window by phone.
We service all major brands including Toro, John Deere, Honda, Husqvarna, Ariens, Cub Cadet, Stihl, Echo, Generac, Craftsman, and more. We are Master Certified for Honda, Kawasaki, Kohler, and Echo engines. For chainsaws, trimmers, and blowers, we service Stihl, Echo, and Husqvarna only — gas-powered, no battery/electric.
We'll call you with a full diagnosis and honest recommendation. If the repair cost exceeds the value of the equipment, we'll tell you. There is a diagnostic fee if we inspect the equipment but no repair is performed — we'll discuss this when you drop off.
No — we service gas-powered equipment only. Our specialty is internal combustion engines: lawn mowers, riding tractors, snow blowers, generators, chainsaws, trimmers, and pressure washers. We do not service any electric or battery-powered equipment — that includes EGO, Greenworks, Ryobi, and similar brands. Yes. All repairs and tune-ups come with a 30-day labor warranty. If the same issue returns within 30 days, we'll look at it at no labor charge. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
